Professionally
Rose has 12 years experience in financial services & has worked in a variety of roles in this time. Rose started as a customer service representative, then moved into an analyst role and has worked on lots of change projects. Rose then moved back to customer services as a manager leading a team, which she did for 5 years before joining Smith & Wardle.
Her day to day role involves contacting clients and providers, keeping client records up to date and preparing reviews for our Financial Planners. Rose loves the variety in the role, no two days are the same and enjoys working with a great team of people.
Personally
Rose lives in Hitchin with her husband Paul and her son, Louis. Rose studied English & Creative Writing at the University of Plymouth & spent 4 years living there. Rose has a really close group of friends that she’s known since school and still sees regularly.
Rose loves to travel, having been on some amazing holidays to the Caribbean, Thailand & America to name a few.
Rose is a massive foodie and loves her wine, and thoroughly enjoys spending time with family, friends and having a large glass of wine.
Rose loves being a mum and hopes for more children in the future.
