Jo worked as a Customer Service Representative for 8 years at LV before joining Smith and Wardle.

Day to day her role includes contacting clients and providers and booking and preparing client reviews for our financial planners.

Jo enjoys that every day at Smith & Wardle is different. She says, it is evident that everyone cares about the service they provide to our clients.

Personally

Jo is married, with two boys.
When she’s not watching her sons play either playing football or cricket, she enjoys family days out. She likes meeting friends for dinner, going to the cinema and spending time with her mum too.
