Professionally

Ronnie has worked in financial services for 8 years. Her career started at Liverpool Victoria as a Customer Service Representative and then moved into the Senior Customer Service Representative role.

Day to day her role includes contacting clients and providers, keeping client records up to date and preparing reviews for our Financial Planners.

Ronnie loves that everyday is different. She loves being part of a financial planning firm and helping our clients. Ronnie says, it’s clear to see from working here the way everyone cares about the job they are doing.

Personally

Ronnie lives locally with her partner Byron, she has lived here most of her life. Her family moved back to England when she was just under a year old from Italy. Away from the office Ronnie enjoys time with her family, she has 5 nephews aged from 15 months to 15 years.

Her interests are movies, British comedy (Only Fools and Horses and Carry-On films are a favourite), reading, music, all sports and playing card/board games. Ronnie loves the TV show Friends.

Ronnie plays Netball for a team in Biggleswade; her positions are Goal Shooter and Goal Attack. She loves all sports and watches her nephews play football most weekends. She also loves spending time with her partner and family going on long walks.

In the spotlight

On an ideal weekend, you can find me:

Spending time with my family and friends. During the pandemic and lockdown I have made it my mission to spend more time with the people I care about.

My favourite holiday destination is:

Cisternino in Italy. I would love to go to the Caribbean one day though.

My favourite song to play in the car is:

Sir Duke, Stevie Wonder.

The first album I bought was:

Not an album but a single – Rock Show by Blink 182.

If I could be any fictional character, I would be:

Maria Von Trapp from The Sound of Music.

If I could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, I would win a medal in:

The three qualities that draw me to new people are:

Kindness, sense of humour and a friendly glance.

The best gift I’ve ever received is:

A trip to Venice from my partner for my 30th birthday.

The three small things that make my day better are:

Speaking to my sisters and nephews in Italy, lovely weather so I can go for a long walk in the countryside and watching a film/tv show with my partner.

The three people at my dream dinner party would be:

Julie Andrews, Doris Day, and Angela Lansbury.
